What to share
Provide only the information needed to investigate your JSON theme question: your name, reply email, store URL, theme version, and a description of the issue. Avoid customer data, passwords, financial details, and access tokens.
How the request is handled
WHO IS JSON uses this information to review your question, reproduce a reported theme issue where possible, and reply to you. Support form submissions are processed by Tally and notifications are delivered to our Gmail inbox. The documentation site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These services may process technical information under their own privacy policies.

Questions or removal requests
Email aliekincitr@gmail.com regarding information you submitted. Identify your original request so we can locate it. Do not include sensitive documents as proof of identity.
Site analytics
This site does not include our own advertising pixels or analytics scripts. External services and the embedded form operate under their respective policies.
