Create a story rail
Add Mini stories and add a Story block for each item. Set Story title and an optional Circle thumbnail. Add a Story image or a Shopify-hosted Story video. When both are selected, video takes priority.
Ring and layout
Choose Ring style → Solid color or Gradient, then adjust Ring color or Ring gradient. Set Ring thickness, Desktop circle size, Mobile circle size, and Space between stories. Show story titles is optional.
Products and timing
Select Featured product to show a linked product card inside a story. Image duration controls image playback time; video duration controls video advancement. Automatically advance stories enables progression, and Loop after the last story restarts the sequence.
Preview controls
Open stories on desktop and mobile. Test pause/play, sound for video, close, arrow navigation, keyboard navigation, and swipe. Some browsers require a user interaction to start playback or sound. Autoadvance is suppressed in the theme editor so you can edit content.
Media preparation
Use consistent portrait framing for the fullscreen viewer and a clear thumbnail crop. Keep essential details away from top controls and the bottom product card. Compress video and test on a real mobile connection.
